This is a great piece of furniture. It looks good and is supremely comfortable to sit on. The assembly was simplicity itself and the instructions were spot on. I believe the price was fantastic value for money for such a luxurious-looking chair and it adds an air of opulence to my study. The retractable chair arms is a great feature that allows me to support my arms when typing at the computer, or push them out of the way when I'm sat playing my guitar. It moves freely on the smooth castors, even on my thick carpet and swivels on the base easily through 360 degrees. The lumbar pump is a nice touch and it has a remarkable height adjustment range, going much higher than any chair I've previously owned. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a practical, stunning looking office chair.

Comfortable, good quality and value, easy assembly, sensible price point, recommended. My back is a lot better after upgrading to this office chair, ended up buying 2 of them.

Delivery was fast, build time was quick and simple (circa 20-30 mins), had no issues with alignment (get all bolts locked into their threads before clamping the whole thing down!). The chair itself fits me like a glove (6ft medium sized guy) but I can understand why others have sizing issues as it is quite a rigid moulded design. It's nice and stylish.Only cons imho are:1) I do feel it was somewhat over priced for what you get looking at it holistically (although for me I got a perfect chair for my purposes therefore I can accept the price tag).2) I share the same concerns about the leather quality being not good, feels very much like faux or veneered leather. (Keep your finger nails short and don't wolf out I guess).3) The bolt caps are a bit fiddly but swapping them in different holes resolved the problem.

This chair is so comfy and the adjustable lumber support is fantastic, as you pump it you feel it ease your lumber area. Took me 20mins to build, very easy.

It was very hard to pick a chair going by reviews of this one and other office chairs, I kept going from one chair to another but in the end I picked this chair. I'm 73 and not much of a handyman but with easy to read and follow instructions I found it a breeze to fit together and took just 45 minutes on my own. The chair is solid yet comfortable to relax in. Also it's a nice height so my feet are just touching the floor and with a pump to get my back supported and posture just right. Ease to set the reclining function so I can lean back in comfort for a break from using the computer.
