Great product - a must have
After recently having a baby and with summer around the corner, I had decided it was time to start walking as much as possible to help me lose that extra baby weight. After the first week I began to get curious by how many steps I had actually walked in total. I had tried the apps on the phone, however did not find them to be accurate. After shopping around I decided to give this product a go. I was happy with the price, but was mostly drawn in by its convenient design. I did not want anything that was bulky or that I would lose from my pocket within days. This product is lightweight, small in size and also has a handy clip that I can attach to my trousers. The description states that it has advanced tri axis sensor technology that tracks your activities as accurately as possible. So far I have found this to be true and believe it is a very reliable instrument to trust. I like to track my progress weekly and so also liked that this product as it is able to store your data for seven days at a time. After collecting my first week of accurate data I now feel more determined to beat my total next week. Has definitely helped me to motivate and push myself harder. A fantastic little device.Great product โ A must have

An accurate and simple to wear pedometer
I bought this because wrist worn fitness trackers are not accurate for me โ I use a walking aid so my movements are not registered properly to log my steps. This pedometer is much more reliable. The carabiner clip allows me to wear it clipped to my belt loop, or even clipped to the ribbons attached to the inside of clothes (of course regular reading of the pedometer isnโt quite as easy when worn like this though!). I have also attached it to my handbag, but find this a little annoying because it gets in my way when accessing my bag (Iโm not one for having lots of things dangling on bags). I am happy with how secure the clip is, which is so much better than others Iโve had that clip to trouser waistbands. The set up instructions are fairly straight forward. The selection buttons are on the back of the device, which keeps the front looking clean and smart, but having to flip it over to check which button I need to press is a little irritating. The display screen is clear, and functional, showing the number of steps and the time at first glance, rather than being cluttered with jazzy graphics. A few button clicks brings up extra information. The pedometer also came nicely presented in a smart box, so it is ideal to buy as a gift for someone!

What a piece of cr*p!!
I did loads of research before buying this item. I sort of want a fit bit to wear on my wrist like everyone else but I don't like the fact that they can be wildly inaccurate because they record steps when arms are moved. SO, I decided to go with a trusty pedometer to record my target of 10,000 steps per day. I loved the caribiner attachment and the reviews were pretty good so I ordered the item. It arrived yesterday, in good time and I sat down to set it up. Set up was actually not too bad if a bit fiddly. The default setting for weight was 100 lbs and I had to press the tiny button far too many times (holding the button down didn't result in it counting on), before it reached my actual weight!! Got everything else set up, clipped the caribiner on to my belt loop, drank my cup of tea and was delighted (dismayed?) to discover that I had already done 120 steps!! (It was on zero when I had set it up). I shook it to see if it was easy to make the step number increase (like the old style pedometers which you could shake 10,000 times to reach the target!). The number stayed the same so I decided it was just a start up error. I then walked up the stairs to go for a wee (all that tea I'd drunk). Another 300 steps achieved!! I sat down on the toilet and discovered that in the course of a 30 second wee I had achieved another 27 steps. I decided to carry on because I wanted to see just how ridiculous this thing is! I reset the whole thing, set it all up again and then went out for dinner. Between walking out of the house to the car, walking from the car about 15 yards to the restaurant, going for a wee in the restaurant and doing the same in reverse a couple of hours later, I had clocked up over 4,000 steps!!! I didn't reach my target but then I only had it on for about 3 hours before taking the damn thing off, repackaging it and then starting a return on Amazon. To summarise: if you want to achieve your daily step target without actually getting out of bed, this is the pedometer for you, however, if you want to accurately record your steps in an attempt to improve fitness, I suggest you look elsewhere!!!!!!!
