It’s a nice power supply.
I bought this power supply and I found everything like I wanted it to be the the quality was good and the installation wasn’t too bad and I haven’t turned it on yet because im still waiting on my gpu to come but if I know it the sound quality will probably be amazing.

This unit was and exact replacement of the original power supply in my pc
I ordered this unit to replace the one in my desktop pc because it is the same one that came in the pc when I purchased it new. The ONLY difference I found was that my original unit had color-coded wiring and this new one has ALL black wiring. By comparing the connectors, I sorted it all out and it worked perfectly once I had it installed. It was a great price and it seems to work perfectly too, I am very happy with it.

Budget friendly and works.
For the price you can't complain. You get a budget 500w power supply with a low output. Connectors are find and fit exactly what you can run. It's quiet and great for the value! I've installed these in numerous computers with no issues except for one that failed when trying to run an nvidia 3060 in it which required a splitter for the PCIe power port (should have known and is not at fault of the product).

Literally EXPLODED!
I should have listened to the one star reviews. I build PC'S all the time and I've only ever had one used power supply blow up on me so I thought a cheap PSU was no big deal. Not this time... This brand new 500W Apevia Venus PSU literally exploded a cap or fuse while benchmarking in Timespy. It sounded like a .22 going off next to me!
