Great product
A few days in and really notice the effect! After a few months of gastro issues & endoscopy and weight loss. Wanted to improve my gut health so decide to try these. Can't believe how good these are so early in! More regular bowel movements & less bloated. So far I am happy that they are effective so quick!

Reduces bloating and easy to swallow
Having a really good experience with these so far. I have experienced really bad bloating for the past few months, since taking these for the past 3 weeks this has significantly reduced the inflammation. I find taking in the afternoon / evening works best for me. Pretty easy to swallow and good value for money. Can’t really taste them either.

Some side effects experienced
I bought these as my usual brand has now gone up to £16!I found them easy to swallow.The trouble is that since taking them ,I feel full all the time and slightly bloated. Great if you feel like dieting! Also, I do get a little digestion after eating anythingNext time, I think I will bite the bullet and go back to my usual brand as I don't get any side effects with them and no indigestion either

Worth a try
Got this for my sister in law after she had a bout of illness. Have to assume it worked, she certainly recovered fully from her illness . It seemed the best thing to use to bring her gut microbiome back to life. It was easy to use and swallow.
