Nice poufee , comfortable and lightweight . Box it comes in Is massive , also doesn't come pre filled . Don't attempt to fill yourself , easier with someone else . Would be good if the beans were put in into a serperate bag as they are loose in the bag although it does have a child friendly zip .

Perfect match for our sofa and exactly what I wanted. Perfect size, not too heavy but feels good quality. Lovely and comfy. Love it!

Love this but unfortunately my dog does not use it and is the main reason for buying. Still looks good in the room though. Only problem is it was rather difficult putting all the beans in the bag, so don't think you could ever wash this because you would have to take all the beans out again. Could have done with have a bag inside you can fill the beans with, so you could easily remove to wash cover.

This product is well made and consistent with description. However, it arrived with polystyrene beads in a separate plastic bag with no instructions or 'tips' about how to decant into the pouffe casing. Needless to say, my son and I had an amusing time chasing and scooping up the electrostatically charged beads which ended up all over the floor. Also, when I have bought bean bag products in the past, the filling has been contained in an inner casing so the outer cover could be laundered - not so here. All worked out in the end, though, and I am happy with the final product.

Dear Sirs, i must say that when i received my parcel i did not think that i had to install beans myself, this was never mentioned when i placed the order, however my wife and i set about it, i am 84 and my wife is 85, it was a struggle and the plastic bag that the beans came in broke open spilling the beans all over the place we had hell of a job cleaning up and i am sure we will have beans in the house for ever. i have now completedthe job but i would return this item to you if i could. unhappy customer, Tony Mills.

Looks lovely, comfortable and smart ,and just the right size for foot support. Children also like using it as a chair.Just wish it had an inner bag so the cover could be removed and washed easily. Also didn't really enjoy filling the polystyrene balls myself, as they just static charge stuck all over the place, messy job!

I had a small inquiry about this item, it was resolved immediately. It's fabulous, you can sit on it or use as a foot-stool. Very light, easy to move around, looks great and easy to put together. Love the colour and the fabric that has been used, size is quite big but I also love that.

Un año y 8 meses después la base se deshace. Deberían poner una tela más resistente en la base.

Hatte den Sitzsack ursprünglich in grau bestellt, dieser war schön aber ich dachte dann doch das in unser Wohnzimmer besser der Cremefarbene passt. Also hatte ich eine Rücksendung beauftragt mit den Hinweis das ich lieber eine andere Farbe möchte. Daraufhin bat mir der Kundenservice an, lediglich den Bezug zu tauschen. Mir wurde direkt der gewünschte Bezug geschickt ohne das meine Rücksendung dort eingetroffen ist und ich etwas extra zahlen musste. Toller Service!Mir gefällt der Sitzsack sehr gut und er scheint hochwertig verarbeitet zu sein.
