Overall impression:Very well packaged, high quality, visually appealingSomewhat "easy" to install...now to the consAnchors and screws are very poor quality. I busted THREE screw heads before I dug around in my drawer for screw alternatives.I now have to go to the store to find alternative anchoring and screws for 3 different items that seemed fine at install, but after normal usage (ie. Using TP, drying hands on hand towel, hanging towel on bar) they have loosened and one even fully pulled from wall, leaving anchors in the wall looking forlorn and unused.In summary, product itself is great, but the enclosed installment anchors and screws are horrid. So be prepared to additionally purchase better ones at your local hardware
