This headset is worth every penny. I work from home and have three cats that like to make a lot of noise. I cannot tell you how many headsets I've gone through, looking for the one that helps with the noise around me. The difference between ANC and ENC is one is noise cancelling for you so you don't hear anything around you (ANC). The (ENC) is the one that cancels noise for people on the other end and the mic pics up less. For this particular headset, they use AI to help cancel the noise picked up by the mic and it ACTUALLY WORKS. No joke, it actually works. Just get it and test it. You will see. I really really hope they don't stop making these and continue to improve on the AI for mic sound!!! It's a life saver for anyone with pets or kids.

Good headset, just hurt my ears too much for all day use.I love several features: Very good noise cancelling mic, I love the ability to charge it from just hanging on it's stand, long battery life, Noise cancelling ears, and when I push the mic up it mutes me, easy connectivity.This just really needed to be an over-ear headset to avoid pain. I had to return it from that.

Comfortable very comfortable however soooo many connection issues with dial pad and teams. People couldn’t hear me or vice versa and it happened too many times had to return. Don’t recommend however my poly focus 2 headset is proving to be a lot better with no connection issues and less expensive. When working from home you need reliability and this was not it for me.

Love the product. Noise cancellation is perfect. Sleek design. Integration with team is awesome. Only draw back I found is I cannot tilt my head down because it slides right out. Poor design on that part. ANC is wonderful. Didn’t have problem with battery. It is expensive so i wish they fix the headset slipping issue

I work from home, two kids and a cane Corso. And a husband and kids that are gamers. When I say these are the best noise cancellation headphones I truly mean it. Not only that they literally connect with my cell phone , work phone(iPhone) and if I wanted to play the game as well . The noise cancellation is perfect . You have the option to turn it off , on . There is a volume button . I ordered the whole set . The battery life is pretty good as well. It’s comfortable and the sound quality is great when I’m talking to patients.

Sound quality and mic are excellent. Charging stand is great. Headphones are comfortable and can be worn all day no problem. Multiconnectivity nice for taking calls while listening to other audio when plugged in.Perfect for a noisy environment as well, even if people are talking very close to you, it wont be picked up on Teams Calls.Best headset Ive ever used for working, and also nice for gaming.
