changing language to English & durability
I have purchased several of these V9 Bluetooth devices from different vendors. I have been pretty happy with them. I have a tendency of breaking the rotating earpiece on them when I stick them in my pants pocket or dangle them from my pocket or just plain crunch them. Keep it on your ear or put it aside if you are not using it. I had trouble figuring out how to change language to Enlish on this one too. Hold down + volume and answer button at same time for 3 seconds to change language.

Inconsistent connectivity
I have paired and unpaired. Turned the phone off and back on. Headset is inconsistent with incoming calls...examples1. Does not connect2. Says “welcome to intelligent pairing” instead of announcing call.3. Nothing...dead air but then says call ignored after disconnect4. Announce phone numberThe headset is comfortable and I like the option to use the included ear bud to use as headphones for movies and music but needs to be consistent and stay connected.Also, prior to purchase I asked if this headset announced caller ID by name and was told it would announce name and phone number, however only announcing number and only about 25% of calls.

Can't change from Chinese to English... Figured it out! 6
Finally figured out how to change language... THINK THEY WOULD GIVE YOU INSTRUCTIONS.... SO, NOT A 5!!!!....Seems like a great headset.... Instructions are minimal...Works off my phone with questions. Have tried several options to change language...none seem to work.

Not a good quality
I would not recommend this earbud. The sound quality is ok but more often than not the caller cannot hear me. It stays connected to my iPhone fine but the person I’m talking to cannot hear me even though I can hear them. It’s fairly comfortable. I’ve used it for about a month but due to the sound issues that I have I have stopped using it.

Not a good buy
The actuator button is loose and rattles when your head moves.The noise cancelling makes it sound like you're in a tunnel to whomever is on your call.It's not very adjustable so if it doesn't fit exactly right, tough.Other than that, it's great.

Very Convenient, Easy to Use
I like this earpiece as I use it to listen to my music at work and I can easily answer my phone calls. Sound clarity is awesome. I find it better than my other earpieces.

No mute button!!!
I don’t like the v9 due to it not having a mute button attached to it therefore I always have to have my phone nearby which is a major inconvenience. It’s very tight and will pop out of ear,it needs to flex outward some to fit comfortably.
