These are very good omega capsules. The benefits are huge for cardiovascular and joint support. I will always use these ingredients. They have a very good dose.Enough to make a difference, but not too much. I love the oils that they mix together, which really does make me feel good. It is such a nice synergistic blend of omegas. I will definitely be using this product over and over again.

All the safety seals were intact and they had an expiration date of 1/27.The serving size is 2 capsules with the total servings being 30 per container. The capsules have no taste and have no abnormal smell…is a slight fishy smell but to be expected. They are large in size, about 1”. However, liquids help with swallowing. The amount of omega-3 per serving is adequate in my opinion and met my daily dietary goals.Qualitatively, I had no issues while taking. I took them in the morning with and without other supplements and food.Overall, I feel it is a good product. I feel the brand and ingredient sourcing can be trusted. It is affordable product that I would recommend to others.

What I like about this product is that I don't get fish burps taking these soft gels. But what I don't like is that the soft gel capsules are pretty large, and one serving size is 3 of them. The ingredients include Purified fish oil (anchovy, mackerel and sardine), flaxseed oil, and Borage oil. Other ingredients: Gelatin, vegetable glycerin. They are Non-GMO, GMP certified, FDA registered facility, packaged in the USA (not sure of country of where they are manufactured.)

North Texas climate has spells of low humidity and does things to a person’s skin. So, one has to put processes into the health routine to care for skin more, especially the exposed areas like the face, arms, and sometimes legs. Instead of the usual, it is omega, one gets to experience flax and borage, which have additional health benefits. More frequent dry patches appear on the skin in this climate, and taking an omega helps deal with that imbalance in the system. The dry patches are much smaller now and have no scales. I broke open a capsule and tried the oil since it is oral administration. Surprisingly had a sweet taste than the usual fish taste but mild. It's much better tasting than other products I have checked. Softgels are easy to swallow. It let me try flax and borage with a familiar supplement entity.
