I actually got these for my dad as a gift to keep him hydrated and muscle cramp free! I chose this brand because a certain other brand that's super popular and over expensive and VERY high in sodium was too high in sodium and effected his blood pressure so I found some that was a decent price, sugar free & not excruciatingly high in sodium and this was it!!! I highly reccomend this brand it does what it should (hydrating)!!!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I’ve been drinking Liquid IV for months and was trying to find something cheaper. I’m horrible at drinking enough water so hydration packets have been a life saver. I got these to give em a try. I like every flavor in this variety pack! I’m thankful I get to save some money without giving up the taste. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a cheaper option than the other hydration packets. I’m going to try some other flavors.

I really like this product. I have been using the Liquid IV for some time to boost my hydration and I like it a lot. But I have trouble with my feet and legs cramping especially at night and enough to wake me up and keep me up. I have been told magnesium would help and when I look at the ingredients list for the Liquid IV magnesium is not there but it is in this product. I have used Gatorade and other powder and tablet water additives but I hate the salty taste. These taste really good and come in a sugar free option - I am diabetic.

I bought these for hydration for a trip to high altitude but when we had to cancel they have been a life saver for my husband to be able to drink water during med treatments. Plain water was hard to swallow but these flavorings helped. Black cherry & açaí berry are preferable & this is my second order. I use a larger amount of water than the suggested amount.

Love this variety pack, all of the flavors are great. Good value, love that it is sugar free. Easy to use and mixes and dissolves well.

I bought this specifically for its ingredients, as it includes several nutrients recommended by my doctor—like magnesium, vitamin B6, B12, vitamin C, and more. I was pleasantly surprised by how great it tastes! I usually dissolve one packet in a 1-liter bottle and sip it throughout the day, about every other day. It makes me feel refreshed and truly hydrated.I've noticed that on the days I drink it, I pee less—so it feels like the hydration is actually getting absorbed into my system. My lips and skin also feel noticeably smoother, which for me is a clear sign of proper hydration. I've been sharing it with friends and family, and they all love it too.Definitely a product I’ll keep repurchasing. 10/10!

Great product for hydration and needed on the conivore diet

I purchased these to try out, since I am currently taking other hydration pack, and always in search of great ones, that offers different tasty flavors. So I decided to gave these a try. It taste okay, although, I think they used artificial flavorings to achieve that "sweetness" taste, which I am not a fan of. Since I personally do not like nor consume alternative or artificial sweetener to sub for actual sugar, I would have prefer the real sugar, but just in smaller quantities. Since I am just not a fan of the artificial sweetener, because, they taste "artificial".
