Nice JBL earbuds, issues with ANC not being on always
Great product from JBL as always. The sound quality, the ANC etc. The only issue I have faced is that only when you are in a certain position the ANC is on, and in any other way you sit or stand the ANC gets turned off. So, when I’m lying down it rarely is on ANC. For some reason I can’t always be on ANC. Other than that, awesome earbuds.

Dont buy the product
This buds purchase from you before two months,The single buds fell in the water, now left side buds it's can't working, so we given the service to madurai JBL Service store, he asked no warranty and no service this buds.. JBL Side not support to the customer, this product don't buying anyone...

Serious Latency Issues
I am going to be very honest and descriptive.I bought this product on 14th January, 2025, personally, since childhood I am a fan of JBL and hence when I finally thought of going for a premium TWS, I went for the JBL Live Pro 2.To my surprise, what JBL is in terms of bigger audio products, it is just the opposite when ut comes to portable audio products like TWS. Sound is not exceptional at all, even realme buds can produce similar sound at much lower prices. But the elephant in the rool was not yet out till the end of first week of usage, I found out that several times while playing any sort of content the soubd just breaks away and then soubd comes back after 4 seconds or so. This I never saw in any earbuds I used before.I checked out the reviews here in Amazon & many people have had similar issues like this one. Went to the Customer Care and they acted as if nothing had happened saying please bring it when it won't work at all.Lesson: Never gonna buy JBL TWS again.
