This phone does exactly what it advertises. The speaker is very loud. The battery is decent if you use it for videos you get about 2 days or so of use. (heavy video use). It does have some minor issues with apps like youtube but those are easy to fix with a simple app restart. Quality: 10/10, Price: 10/10 ( the price always shocks me for phones, but you get what you pay for). It also never fails to impress people that it has that kind of sound ability in a phone.

Purchased less than a year ago and up to two days ago it had never seen water. Well it fell in about 8 inches of water for about half a second and that's all it took to kill it. Funny enough I have seen non waterproof phones survive that not once but several times. This one didn't. And mind you; it is supposed to be able to withstand 30 minutes in almost 5 feet of water.It has a 2-year warranty; I'm waiting to see if Oukitel stands behind that commitment. Things happen; if they make it right I would consider it dying like this a fluke.Update #1: As per instructions I emailed [email protected] two days ago. No automated email letting me know they go it, no response yet. Resending the email.Update #2: another email, no response. Had a chat with Amazon customer service. They told me to give them another day.Update #3: 6 days/144 hours later, no response whatsoever, not even the perfunctory "we got your email, we'll get back to you eventually!". Had another chat with Amazon customer service. After a repeat of what happened and "you can contact them here", which is what I had done, Amazon themselves agreed to refund the purchase.This is one of those instances where it sucks I can't write a zero-stars review. A waterproof phone rated to tolerate 5 feet/30 minutes underwater dying in under half a second/8 inches. My ancient iPhone survived that several times and it wasn't even water resistant. That was then followed by the fact that their warranty email seems to be disconnected. Considering that, no Oukitel phone can be cheap enough to consider owning; if it dies not only it is dead, you have to deal with the aggravation of not being able to reach them.

I've had a lot of phones. That's why I went for the rugged phone this time. This phone is awesome so far. Set up was easy. Has everything I need. It was advertised as 256 MB of storage and had a covering on it that also said that but it has 128 MB but I'm cool w that. The speaker is amazing. The battery lasts all day.For the price it's incredible .

Nice heavy and bulky phone.Processor is fast enough with its 8+8gig ram. Easy set up and transfer from my Samsung. Sturdy. If I were Oukitel I would charge 20$ more for each phone and put in a better camera.The volume goes from nothing to higher, you cant ajust to very liw volume.Seems to be built on a Google platform, hence easy to deal with. Thanks
