Hand weights are just as good to use if not better
These don't twist like the real ones and they are shorter but other than that they are good quality and will make muscle but you can use hand weights just as well

Very good resistance bands I suffer from fybro myalgia so could get a very tough resistance band these are just right would have been better though if there had been a pamphlet to show you how to use them Although the only thing is my light resistance bands turned up very quickly these seemed to take forever to arrive especially after buying them together no problem they are here now

io l'ho utilizzo per fare ginnastica ai dorsali con ottimi risultati.gli elastici sono validi e non hanno perso la forza dopo 15 gg di intenso utilizzo.le impugnature sono comode e quindo lo consiglio anche per ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

ottimo stumento per un'enorme varietà di esercizibuoni materiali, presa morbida e molto comoda, livello di resistenza molto basso, si arriva senza problemi alla massima estensione...dopo un mese di uso intenso nessuna traccia di usura
