This flatware is beautiful
I had to replace my 40 year old Liberty flatware, which was still is great shape but missing several pieces now. Salad forks and teaspoons have just disappeared over the years. I prefer simple in style. That was difficult to find. Apparently most people prefer fancy carvings and shapes. This was the closest style I could find to my old elegant flatware. With the exception of the dinner forks being enormous (way too big!) it is exactly what I wanted. But I have learned that the giant size dinner fork is the new standard for all flatware. The salad forks of today are the same size as the dinner forks of yesterday. I bought extra salad forks and that's what I generally use. Aside from the size of the forks, I love the flatware. It is simple and elegant. It's quite beautiful.

Very durable, very well made...
This is an excellent set of stainless. Purchased Liberty stainless decades ago, and I was presently surprised to see that their product is exactly the same quality as it was all those years ago. Very sturdy, durable, and well made. This stuff lasts! The only thing I would say is that the packing was lacking, as the interior box was broken in the seam. First time I've had a problem with that...

Good but pay attention to the utensil sizes stated in the description! Update..
First impression when I took them out of the box was that the dinner fork and soup spoon bowl were huge! They looked a bit like serving utensils. It depends on your taste, that is what many people want. Pay attention to the sizes of each utensil which is posted in the description (I didn't), especially if you have small hands. But this is a great set with a good weight to them. The satin finish is subtle and just right. No problems after the first washing. The knives are slightly serrated and seem to cut well. I did a lot of research before buying and I recommend this product.Update: I have been using these now for 6 months and they have been washed many many times in the dishwasher. There is not a spot on them, they are still like new.

Worth the extra money for a better quality flatware
I purchased Oneida flatware a few months back and after one washing in the dishwasher I noticed rust spots on several pieces. I took them back immediately. I then researched made in the USA flatware and found Liberty. Their products are a bit more expensive but well worth the cost. When the package arrived the difference was very obvious. The construction is smooth and solid, no little divots in the metal. The packaging explained the story of the company, their effects to support local workers, use of recycled materials, high quality steel, and clean energy with a hydroelectric plant in Niagara Falls! There is some residual polish compound on the flatware which you should try to wipe off before using or tossing in the dishwasher. All in all a great product.

Don’t know if it’s worth the price

High quality stainless set
Had these for a couple years now and they're holding up great. They're a little expensive, but for top quality stainless that's made in merica its the way to go.

Nice, but overhyped
For the price you'd be incline to expect a more premium experience, but the flatware comes all mixed together in plastic sleeves in a pretty flimsy cardboard box. Also, the pieces are covered in bits of viscous black "polishing agent" that you have to soak to remove. I was definitely expecting something a bit more "finished" and frankly with a bit more of a premium feel. You are clearly paying extra for the domestic production and not necessarily the quality.
