Very good support keeping you in correct form while lifting!
This is a great supportive back brace that has good adjustment as needed. I find that it is also just a great reminder to protect my back when in constant movement lifting and stocking shelves at work. This is not at all uncomfortable either in my opinion.

It’s a great belt, but I’m short so it is quite uncomfortable when I need to sit it’s so wide. It’s great when I’ll will be standing for very long.
