My main advice I can give to anybody is watch your hair. Not only does it hurt trying to pull it out but it breaks apart too. So seriously avoid the widow peak, and sideburns . Eyebrows are not an issue, but head hair will definitely give you a problem. Wear a headband for sure. I’m obsessed with these masks. I only love Mediheal and Torriden. But I use them on spa night which about bi weekly. I do a lot of other sheet masks during the week also. It’s important not to clot the poor with too much product. Don’t forget to exfoliate….
