Huge, attractive mug
This is a really huge mug that is fantastic for making a bucket sized cup of tea, hot chocolate, coffee or even soup - I’ve always been a fan of using massive mugs for my hot drinks and this certainly doesn’t disappoint. It’s a really attractive blue speckled glaze. The handle is a good size and steady and comfortable to hold. This proved to be important as the one downside of the mug is that it is really very heavy when empty, and really quite unwieldy when full, so you need a strong grip! It’s nicely tapered with a wide bottom and narrow opening which helps keep the drink hotter for longer. It’s also really nice and stable. The rim isn’t too thick and is really pleasant to drink from.I was going to take it into work but think I’m going to need to keep it at home as it’s so nice it’d be at high risk of being stolen by light fingered colleagues!

Immense Tea Mug
Being one who enjoys a nice mug of tea, I thought I would give this beast of a tea mug a go. It is really quite huge and holds over a pint of tea (or coffee) with a long handle to support the weight. It is slightly more narrow at the top and opens up into a wide base a bit like a jug without the lip. It has a speckled, glazed, cobalt blue finish with a black and gold detailing around the rim which catches the light and looks rather elegant in my opinion. I may have to brew my teabag a little longer to make it strong enough with the large capacity of this mug but if that doesn't work I will just add another teabag. At £14.99 it is a little pricey for one, but you can order 4 and get them at half the price.

My new favourite mug
I ordered this mug because I prefer larger mugs, the looks and style of this mug is just what I look for when buying a mug, there were a few things that I really love about this it.• It's huge (700ml), but it doesn't feel clumpy or oversized.• It feels nice, the handle is the perfect size and it just feels comfortable to hold.• It's easily cleaned, this one has been through the dishwasher many times, and still looks like new.• It seems to keep the heat well, and stays warmer for longer.Overall its already by far my favourite mug, I love the way it looks, it's erganomically well designed, it works really well, and I'm very happy to recommend it.

big and beautiful
I always need my tea in a big mug. I would also like this mug not be pain for my eyes, like certain sport selling goods company. This one works very well. I have it a week now, it's being in the dishwasher every night and it seems it's fine. I was worried a bit about the glaze what was mentioned in the comments section, but so far so good. The ceramic keeps the heat quite well, so my drink is still warm after a while. The mug is relatively high with smaller opening, which is also something I prefer. I do not want my mugs to be bulky, I want them to be able to contain as much liquid as possible.

Superior pottery, for an extra-large cuppa
A very solidly-made large mug with a stylish, homely feel to it. The mug has a heavy base and a conical form, making it more stable and unlikely to topple over (it's wider at the base than either of my photos look). The eye-catching graduated speckled colouring is reminiscent of a certain well-known pottery manufacturer, except for the square handle (solid and easy to hold steadily). It's a larger mug than I was expecting - for someone who loves an extra-large drink, or for a special treat. It does look a quality mug and would make a lovely gift for an enthusiastic tea or coffee drinker. It's great for a herb tea too, to make the infusion last further. However, I think my husband has his eye on it for 'his' large coffee mug. The mug is just right for an extra-long, comforting, warming drink to enjoy with a much-needed sit down/rest.

Large coffee mug lover
I`ve a large collection of oversized coffee mugs, all of which have funky slogans or novelty design, this is actually the first plain oversized coffee mug that I own and even though it is single colour design there are traits about it which makes it standout among the rest. The shape very much reminds me of a ye-olde pub ale tankard and the handle is brilliantly oversized that I can actually fit my hand (4 fingers) under it so I can actually grab it however I like. Not only does a coffee give me that much needed warm morning hug with this mug you can hug it right back.At the time of ordering I was intending to jazz it up with a funny vinyl slogan or dad joke, and although I still might do so in the future it just looked too good as it is to interfere with it so I've kept it as an original.

Not great quality for the price
First the positives. The mug is a nice large size. I ordered it mainly due to the attractive design and colour. It's a bit darker than the product photos but I still like the colour. If it didn't suffer from QC (Quality Control) issues I'd have been very happy with it.Unfortunately there are a number of small defects and blemishes. On the handle there's a small groove/chip that can be felt when running your nail along it. There's no colour or glaze on this chip so I'm guessing it happened after the mug was manufactured. There's a white mark under the glaze that doesn't look great. The lip of the mug is also quite rough with what feels, and looks, like tiny chips under the glaze. In conclusion. It's a nice design but 3 separate QC issues on a single mug isn't good.

Looks more like a tankard than a coffee mug
My first thought when I unboxed this mug was that it looks more like a tankard than a coffee mug – it feels like one too! I love the way it looks with the mottled glaze and the darker rim. It holds a huge amount of tea or coffee, and can be quite heavy when full. The large size of the handle makes it less easy to balance the weight of the mug when it’s full. It’s lovely to drink from.
