When moving in 2024 I found a very early model iPad that belonged to my wife who passed away in 2018. She had several later models that I gave to our kids but this one was her very first one. I wanted to see if it still worked and what photos and other stuff she had on it but couldn't find the original cable. Worked well for old iPod Generation 2 for charging. Plugged in my computer which is a Mac just fine and it was able to find the iPod.

Didn’t fit the iPod but I will be keeping the item just in case it’s compatible with another device.
