This works well so far as a shower lamp but I can't understand the instructions. I'm not sure how to tell when the battery is low and it cautions against something about charging it but I can't tell! And I'm not sure if it's telling me to charge it for 3 hours or to not charge it for 3 hours. I hope I don't break it!

The light provided by the lamp was nice, and it was easy to cycle through the various lighting options. The handle however, which is bendable and stays in the adjusted position, is a pain. First, installing it caused me to push the lamp fixture down into the "lampshade". I had to fish it out and reset it into the shade. Next, it wasn't easy to get the shape necessary such that it would stand on the handle as shown in picture 5 of the product description. The lamp was unstable and rocked in that configuration.I said in my headline that the awkward handle makes the lamp average, but when I consider the lamp's price of 35 USD, which is expensive for what you get, the overall rating sags to two stars.
