I discovered Umami paste in Waitrose and tho normally no fan of anchovies I really got a taste for it. I went on Amazon searching for it and whilst I didn't find a paste I found this instead. It's even better. I can and do add this to loads of my cooking especially home made soup. It adds a delicious flavour that doesnt taste fishy just yummy. The paste is a mixture of cheese and anchovies so its strong. This is a lot more versatile in its use.
