I really like this kettle. It's lightweight and well made. The materials are solid and its looks smart on the work surface. The lids closes securely and is operated by a button on the handle. The black colour looks slick and it stays clean - it doesn't show up water marks easily and doesn't take a lot of cleaning. It's not got the biggest capacity, but that isn't aN issue for me, but if you have a larger household, you might want to consider something larger. The different temperatures settings are really useful, and the keep warm function is a bit of a game changer; no more re-boiling the kettle if you get tied up with something and miss it the first time round, this all combines to make a versatile little unit. The material choice is good and the copper/brass coloured accents look great against the black. It's stable on the base and doesn't feel like it is going to tip over easily. The first unit I was sent was faulty and after around 3 weeks, it wouldn't turn on. This was really quickly sorted out by Ninja's customer service team who sent out a replacement really quickly. One star removed for the issue, but added back in for the speed and effectiveness of the customer service.

Great looking kettle. Set temperature is a game changer for coffee. 95 is perfect, instant coffee is so much smoother. Keep warm function extremely useful. Great purchase.

It started as an excellent kettle, but lasted over a year.. now it is leaking from the seams below the handle.. if you are going to buy, i would recommend buying from a store where warranty would be easy to replace the item, on amazon you have to pay for and sort out the return which isnt good enough in my opinion. A faulty product should have a better cuatomer service, dont buy from amazon, it lasts just over a year, i bought mar2025, and it died july2026

love this! works really well and temp control is super good but very loud. it is beautiful and i love the colour. it doesn’t shake like other kettles. i will say it has a lot of limescale and makes loud popping noises when using with limescale which sounds really bad. i removed limescale with a cleaner and 2 weeks later just as bad. can’t see inside either but know how soon it’ll be ready based off temp
