Great colour, everything is well made. Lid clicks and is satisfying, like a car door. Very easy to clean, don't know about limescale yet. Heats up fast, but turns on and off until it reaches the required temperature, so be aware. It's supposed to do that. Control are easy to use, and nice and clear. Expensive, but worth the money.

Great looking kettle. Set temperature is a game changer for coffee. 95 is perfect, instant coffee is so much smoother. Keep warm function extremely useful. Great purchase.

Great kettle,boils quickly ,quite noisy to start with.I haven't yet used the different tempituers yet,using the 100 dg.and the keep hot feature,nice kettle .

Did a lot of research and this seemed the best option for japanese loose leaf green tea. Brews to a precise temp, i've been using 70*c for my Sencha and 60*c for my Gyokuru, looks great, feels nice to pour and fill, and you can disable the ninja beep if needed. No more brewing my old kettle, then popping the lid and waiting for it to cool enough!

Very disappointed after a few months started leaking returned to ninja for replacement nearly 4weeks later no replacement very bad customer support they can’t tell me when I will receive my replacement had to buy different kettle because after two weeks of boiling water in a saucepan considering this is quite an expensive item and ninja normally having a good name for themselves you think they would replace it quickly I would advise people to think twice before buying this kettle because if it does go wrong within you’re guaranteed period. There’s no guarantee that they’re gonna replace it even when they have the item that they’ve requested to send back so I’ve lost as they have not replaced my expensive kettle. Just had an update from ninja saying they can only provide a refund upon receiving the returned item back at our warehouse and unfortunately my return did not match the unit they were expecting. I sent them back the kettle so they’re not going to provide me with a refund so not only have they got my leaking kettle I’ve also got my money so win-win for ninja not for me then I got a second email saying they’ve cancelled my order because I couldn’t validate my age makes absolutely no sense whatsoever, so I’m going to give up with them just not worth my time and hassle trying to get a replacement. I will stick to my £12 kettle from Tesco’s. I have said I can contact the fraud department so I don’t know if they think I’m trying to defraud them of a kettle so I don’t know what they received in the box when they opened it but I know I put my kettle in there.🤬😡

Good kettle if you care about brew temp. Six settings, 60°C to 100°C, so tea and coffee don’t get the same treatment. Display shows temp rising as it heats. Hold Temp keeps water warm for half an hour, nice touch. Boils quick, water window lit in blue so you can see the fill line easily. Filter catches limescale, still needs occasional descaling. Bit heavy once filled, and the steel picks up marks easily. Worth it if you actually notice the difference between lukewarm-hot and boiling.

Very happy, great quality. I was half wondering about getting it full price but it seemed a bit expensive but I do believe their products are high quality and enduring. I got this on Black Friday 30% and very happy. I read other reviews which were largely positive other than being pricey. It may have had upgrades but this doesn’t beep too long or too loud when finished so I don’t find it annoying and the instructions do say it can be turned off by holding two buttons together hold temp and minus temp in case that works for anyone who finds it annoying and has it already. It looks good and matches my copper ninja air fryer and grill. Always been impressed with their products. The hold temp function and varying temp functions are handy, not just for teas etc but also found it easier for filling hot water bottle at a lower temp. It probably fast boils in comparison with some kettles but I don’t find it much quicker than my last one which broke but it is fairly quick and not too loud when boiling. I couldn’t talk over one once! Overall I’m really happy, would recommend and you might find kettles doing the same sort of thing a bit cheaper but in my experience these are made well and I have confidence it will last.

Nice kettle, some extras and pours brilliantly. But be aware it does interfere badly with radios close by.

Love the kettle BUT it shipped to Australia with a UK power plug !!!!
