It is large size but fit easily in a carryon suitcase that was packed full of clothes for a week of travel. Perfect for an all in one medication travel case for family travel needs also. I plan to use it on a daily basis for all meds and supplements. Easier access to medications vs opening several pill bottles. Meds are easy to remove from each compartment. 3 locking mechanisms to ensure it does not open accidentally but easy to open when needed.
