High-Quality Protein with Clean Ingredients but Pricey
I’ve been using this vanilla-flavored whey protein isolate for a few days now and wanted to share my experience. Here’s a breakdown of the pros and cons, as well as my overall thoughts on the product.Pros:High-Quality Ingredients:This protein powder stands out for its clean and pure ingredients. The whey protein isolate is sourced from New Zealand grass-fed, free-range cows, which reassures me about the quality and sustainability of the product. It’s also certified carbon zero, which is a big plus for environmentally conscious buyers.Excellent Macronutrient Profile:Each serving contains 30g of protein, 7.9g of BCAAs, and 4.3g of leucine. These are all excellent for muscle recovery, especially if you're working out regularly or aiming to build lean muscle mass. The protein content is on point, and I’ve felt a noticeable boost in my post-workout recovery.Low in Calories and Carbs:With only 130 calories, 0g of fat, 0g of sugar, and just 2g of carbs, this protein powder is perfect for anyone on a keto, low-carb, or high-protein diet. It’s versatile and fits seamlessly into various dietary regimens.Good Taste and Easy Digestion:The vanilla flavor is mild and pleasant, not overly sweet, which I really appreciate. Some protein powders have a synthetic aftertaste, but this one is smooth and natural. It’s also easy on the stomach, with no gluten, soy, or lactose, making it an excellent choice for those with sensitivities.Clean and Natural:No artificial sweeteners, flavors, or colors are used, which is a major selling point for me. The fact that it’s non-GMO and contains no growth hormones makes me feel confident about the purity of the product.Cons:Pricey for the Quantity:At around $50 for 2 lbs (26 servings), this protein powder is on the expensive side. While it’s high-quality and worth it for those who prioritize clean ingredients, it may not be the best option for those on a tight budget.Lack of Flavors:There are limited flavor options, which might be a downside for people who prefer variety. While vanilla is a classic flavor, it would be nice to see more flavor choices to cater to different taste preferences.May Not Be as Creamy:While the texture is smooth, it’s not as creamy as some other whey proteins I’ve tried. If you prefer a thicker shake, you might need to add some extra ingredients like a banana or oats to get a creamier consistency.Serving Size is Large:Each serving is 30g, which might be a bit on the larger side for those looking to consume smaller amounts of protein throughout the day. It could be a bit much for those with smaller appetites or for anyone just looking to add a little extra protein without a full scoop.Final Thoughts:Overall, this is a top-notch whey protein isolate that delivers excellent results for muscle recovery, muscle growth, and overall health. The ingredient quality is fantastic, and it fits well into various dietary plans, especially keto and low-carb. However, the price point is a bit high, and the limited flavor options might not appeal to everyone. If you’re willing to invest in a high-quality, clean protein powder, this one is a great choice, but if you’re looking for a more budget-friendly option or more flavor variety, there are other alternatives on the market.

You get what you pay for
if there’s an isolate that is a five out of five, this is it. Truly tasteless, with even a slightly pleasant taste. So tasteless so you can mix it with orange juice, but you must blend it. There’s no such thing as instantly dissolvable protein and if it is, it’s loaded with crap that makes it dissolvable. It is the highest quality way I slit I’ve seen. Big doses of leucine and the branch chain amino acids muscles need most to build. The high tryptophan content is the giveaway this is the highest quality protein. It’s a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Never thought I'd be a protein shake gal but here I am :)))
My new go to protein powder! This stuff is amazing!! I made the mistake of mixing it with boiling hot water and it clumped up. Make sure you mix it with cold or room temperature liquids. If you want a hot beverage, make sure to make a paste first and gradually add the hot water. Aside from that, the taste is incredible. Delicious and best of all... not a bunch of fillers and unhealthy ingredients. Sugar free and I love it. I've been getting great results thanks to this! MY NEW MUST HAVE!!

Blends mostly into foam
I purchased this brand because it is glyphosate free and has few ingredients. I initially purchased vanilla, but it is disgustingly sweet, in an unnatural way. So then I purchased this natural flavor, which is better from a flavor perspective, but when you blend it in a blender, you get mostly foam. Beyond that, this protein powder, for whatever reason, makes me nauseous. I’ve tried many brands over the years and never have I felt nauseous. I will not be purchasing this brand again.

Don’t Hesitate to Try
I love the smooth flavor and texture in shakes, stirred into Greek yogurt, and more. So enjoyable I went back for the vanilla. Subtle and tasty too, just like the chocolate.

Melted Ice Cream???? It tastes like it
Delicious and easy to use! It’s blended well into my ice cream and pancake recipes, and it’s great on its own! A quality vanilla is hard to find, but the macros and the flavor are SUPERB!

PLEASE UPDATE THE NATURAL LISTING NUTRITIONAL LABEL
PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING the natural version, you will be sent a product with different sodium DV and cholesterol DV than that pictured in the listing. The product I received has 200 mg of sodium and 5 mg of cholesterol on its nutritional label which differs from the listing picture (70 mg of sodium and 0 mg of cholesterol).I specifically went for this product due to its high BCAA content and assumed low sodium/cholesterol values. Aside from that, the product itself was excellent.
