I like this thing a lot. I usually carry just the top part with me to the gym so that I can mix a protein shake after my workout and drink it on the walk back home.I’ve also traveled with the other two portions filled with my fish oil and daily vitamins, which are too big for a compact pull case.The bottom part also stores a caribbeaner you can attach via a thin little key ring. I don’t use it that way, as I assume that hanging it would lead to it unscrewing itself in transit.It’s nice enough for a plastic piece, versatile, portable, and easy to use. I like that the top part lets me pour my powder accurately into a cup on the go.

Good for my protein and pills. Keeps all day, doesn’t make it hard to transport to gym work and recreational areas.

This supplement storage is amazing and should be in everyone gym bag! I was impressed with how much it could hold and that the top could be used as a funnel. It's a pretty good size and in one of the pictures I laid it on top of a regular notebook to reference the size. I highly recommend!
