Beautiful heart shape urn I brought for my mother's ashes very very happy with this item excellent price well packaged brilliant seller.

I was delighted to open the parcel this morning. The urn is absolutely beautiful, and comes in a lovely black velvet box. Although I had the measurements and details, it is very heavy and a lot larger than I had expected. A perfect final resting place for my beloved pets. Well worth the investment. Thank you.Having since read the lower ratings and comments on here, I can confirm that the velvet box does smell very bad. Like a warehouse, mouldy smell.I also haven't transferred loose ashes into it yet, but the screw in base is a little rough. I don't know how watertight it would be.It is still 5 stars from me, because it suits my personal needs, perfectly, and it is a beautiful piece. *****

Purchased 2 of these urns, one for myself and one for my brother so we could have a little bit of our late mum in our homes and close to us, it really has helped us with dealing with our loss. The urn itself is beautiful and heavier than I had expected. There is a fair mount of space for ashes inside too. Would recommend this product.

Such good quality, got two of these for my mother's ashes, one for me and one for my father. We bought the stand to put them on too, it looks very tasteful and more discreet than a traditional urn. Very heavy, well made, so so pleased with it. Would highly recommend. Easy to put ashes in back and it holds slot.

I bought 5 of these for my Dad's remains, to give to family members and for myself. Each of the satin lined presentation boxes were damaged, mouldy and smelled so horribly of mildew that I have had to dispose of them. Having my Dad home for Christmas was very important to me and my family and although the urns themselves are lovely and in good condition, the experience has been incredibly upsetting. To sell such a sensitive item in such disgusting condition is shameful and I hope to hear from the seller with an apology.

Diese wunderschöne samtbezogene Schatulle stinkt derart bestialisch, dass sich der Geruch in der gesamten Wohnung ausbereitet hat, total eckelig. Es ist sehr schade, ich hätte das Herz gerne in der Schatulle aufbewahrt, ich habe die Schatulle schnellstens entsorgt. Dieser Geruch sollte dem Versender bekannt sein, so etwas sollte man nicht verschicken.
