Man oh man, wouldn't this be a welcome little device? Being able to direct and maintain heat on a sore neck could be a blessing. Being able to do it easily would be even better. A heated neck brace could be just the ticket.Could be. This heated neck brace is too much brace and too little versatility. The brace is too wide (high?) from my perspective. This makes it uncomfortable in the chin/front-of-the-neck area. And, yes, I do get the "brace" concept. I just don't care for it. The heated area lacks size and versatility: While the pad is 4" by 7," the heating element is rather small at around 2.5" square. And, the pad lacks sufficient adjustability. For instance, in order to warm the side of the neck, from what I can see, the chin/neck portion has to be worn in the vicinity of the opposite ear.The heated portion works well over a limited area but I was hoping for something with more flexibility and functionality.However, if you need to prevent your head from bending forward while heating the back of your neck, this device could work for you.

I like this more than I thought I would. It's very soothing to spasming neck muscles. It doesn't get too hot and is comfortable while using. Goes on easily and feels like any other neck brace. Reccomend for neck pain relief.

Overall I think this is a good product. It works well, heats up quickly and evenly, and there was a noticeable difference in each of the 3 temp settings.My only concern is that while this fit well for me if I had wanted to take advantage of the brace functionality, I would say I have an average length neck for someone that's 6' tall, and this was just at the edge of comfort due to the height of the front part of the brace. For someone with a shorter neck, I don't see how it could be comfortable, and that part isn't adjustable, only the circumference can be adjusted. I mainly wanted this for the heating function anyway after spending long days sitting at my desk, so for me it will work well.I did also appreciate that it came with both the power cord, and the actual power block for the outlet. So many products now assume everyone has spare power blocks available, which I understand reduces waste, but I prefer having them included.

Not hot enough

The easiest way to review this item is:Pros:1. Very comfortable to wear.2. Will fit a variety of sized necks.3. Comes with power brick.4. Controller is easy to use and read.Cons:It doesn't get very warm(even at the highest setting) and it takes a very long time to get there. This is not a good thing because this item is designed to automatically shutoff after 30 minutes. I do appreciate the safety feature BUT by the time there is any kind of heat, it shuts off. Also, the area that heats up is a very small area. A small area on the lower neck/spine.I wasn't very impressed with this heated neck brace. Now, if tou just wanted to use it as a brace alone, it's good.

I have a 17½" neck and this fit wonderfully. This is helpful after a long day at a computer screen. Nice temp for the heat. Very easy & comfortable to ware. Easy to clean. Well made. I'm impressed.

The heating neck brace is just what I needed for a kink in the left side of my neck. The heat is warm, but not too hot. It's adjustable, so you can set the heat to your liking. I used my computer to power it. There's a built-in timer that automatically shuts it off after 15-20 minutes. The brace supports your head really well and is comfortable. Keeps your neck in alignment. My only concern is that even at it's most adjusted size, it could be too small for those with a bigger neck.

For me this neck brace/heating pad was very uncomfortable. I have a 19" neck and have frequently been noted as having "no neck". It was difficult to get the neck brace to stretch far enough to let the Velcro closure mechanism to make contact. Once I was able to get it to stay in place, then the portion that goes under the chin was too wide for comfort. The heating pad and controller were both great. Lots of heat and the controller was easy to understand/use. I believe on a smaller circumference neck this brace/heating pad would work great but on a large neck it's too tight.
