And the more frequently you use it, the better.I have used other brands like this in the past and there’s a few key differences, some good, some not that great but also not a deal breaker.What makes this stand out amongst its competitors is how it’s rechargeable, is wireless and has the cutest, most aesthetically pleasing charging base/case. I absolutely couldn’t have asked for a better set up. And the battery lasts pretty long before it dies and needs a charge. The mouth guard doesn’t constantly fall off like other brands since it’s attached to the base. You don’t have to worry about battery replacement. And it has a pretty light that tells you when it’s charging or when it’s done.The only thing that was just “okay”, but not horrible and definitely not a deal breaker is the gel you put on your teeth. It does do a good job at whitening, but I feel like it could do better. And I’ve gotten better results in a shorter amount of time with other brands I’ve used. **Now also note that this quite possibly could have something to do with the light, and maybe it doesn’t have as strong of an output compared to one that takes a battery. But I really don’t know for sure. It still gets the job done, but it just takes a little bit more time to get the desired effect.The gel doesn’t burn your gums or leave white spots on them (this alone is why I think it might be the gel that’s not so strong and not the light-which would be a good thing since you can just buy another gel once these run out like you’re going to have to do eventually anyway.Also, the red light is supposed to mimic red light therapy to smooth your teeth and gums after a treatment (but my teeth don’t feel sensitive afterwards so I don’t use it), HOWEVER, let’s just be honest here; Real, high quality red light therapy devices are not cheap-Take it from me, I own an Omnilux red light therapy mask and it cost $400. I know the ins and outs and have done my research. I don’t have to do the research on this product to know that it isn’t an authentic red light therapy device. If it was, then it would cost hundreds and it would be FDA approved (The only FDA approved RLT device on the market is the Omnilux)But this still doesn’t change the fact that I recommend this product and I would definitely give this a try if you’re looking to upgrade from a battery operated device.Hope this helps:)

I would not recommend this. I used this as recommended for 2 weeks straight but did not see a huge difference. However, I did like the teeth whitening levels chart that came with it.

It consists 16 BLUE LED which help to accelerate teeth whitening and 16 RED LED which help to kill bacteria.The Teeth Whitening Enhancer Light Mouth Tray is made from soft silicone. It is large and fits the mouth very comfortably. The LED lights are very bright and are powerful. They will turnoff itself automatically after 16 minutes of use. The Teeth Whitening LED Mouth Tray is cordless. It is charged by placing it onto the charging cradle. This is very convenient.Furthermore, there is a template showing 15 levels of tooth color range from various degree of yellowness to whiteness. This is very useful.My teeth were yellow as I drink tea and coffee. I used disposable kitchen towel/napkin to dry my teeth as much as possible before applying the whitening mixture to my teeth and then put on the Teeth Whitening Enhancer LED Light Mouth Tray into my mouth carefully. I turned on the BLUE light for about 32 minutes (2 x 16-minute cycles) to accelerate teeth whitening and the RED light for 16 minutes to kill bacteria.I am very surprised and am very delighted after about 5 days of treatment, my teeth color is sufficiently white enough that I just need to go through the teeth whitening exercise no more than once a week to maintain my teeth stay sufficiently white.

Loved it for the first month then it stopped holding a charge and now it’s completely donezo. Would probably go back to Snow next time.
