Very moisturizing!!! Cleansing great. The only issue i have is a "me" problem. It reminds me of bacarat rouge.. and I'm probably the only person who isn't a fan of the smell. Other than the smell... great stuff

I absolutely love this shampoo. It keeps my hair moisturized without weighing it down. I have fine hair and was worried it would be too heavy and it's not. My hair stylist recommended this to me and I have been using it now for over 8 months. When I get my hair done she now comments that my hair is in excellent condition and I wash, dry and curl it everyday.

The product is literally perfection. Some of the best shampoo conditioner I’ve ever used.. however when I receive the product, the conditioner was open and leaking out everywhere. I submitted a refund. But didn’t wanna go through all the trouble of mailing back Slimy bottle of conditioner. So I just used what was left. I feel like I was jipped out of receiving the amount of conditioner that I paid for.. but the product is so good that I was willing to give it a pass.

This truly is moisturizing, smooth, creamy without being gooey or heavy, and the fragrance is wonderful! I will definitely purchase again. It's hard to beat Verb shampoos and conditioners.

I can tell a difference from using Verb products. I like this one specifically as I have thick coarse curly hair and it helps with leaving it hydrated. I like the smell of it too!

I have used Verb religiously since 2011. I have tried some of the other lines, like Ghost, but have always returned to the Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner. The combo has always left my hair smelling amazing, soft and I’m able to go, my usual, 3-4 days between washes without my hair looking gross and greasy. And I always always get compliments on how my hair smells.But what is this new crap?! The smell is … different. Not bad. Just.. not what I’ve been using for almost 14yrs. Whatever the new formula is, it’s trash. My hair can barely go 24hrs without looking and feeling greasy. The smell doesn’t last long either. It’s disappointing to have something that I’ve been dedicated to, longer than I’ve been married, and it change for the worst. I hope they go back to what’s worked for them since the start.Don’t waste your money, like I did, on the big bottles. If you’re determined to try it, buy the travel size first.

I love Verb products like the ghost hair oil and the heat protectant! I felt like they really worked with my hair type. Unfortunately, this didn't hit the mark for me. I personally like a little bit more fragrance in my hair products. I also didn't feel like this shampoo was cleaning my hair really well or doing anything to improve my damage. I love Verb, but this shampoo and conditioner didn't work for me.
