Replacement Remote for Fire TV, Fire Stick, FireStick, Insignia AMZ Fire TV

It works!!! After trying to decide which replacement remote I was getting this time, thanks to my children who seem to lose them regularly, I settled on this one. I am so glad I did! It took me 2 times to get it to pair with the FireTV, but not a big deal. The instructions are simple. The most difficult part is pressing 3 buttons at once. Even though the instructions say it is only compatible with specific brands of televisions, it still worked with mine. I’m glad to report it works with my 20 year old Pioneer. Also, I didn’t realize that the remote even has the Alexa find my remote feature. That’s an amazing feature children or adults who regularly misplace it. Volume control works well too. I’ve had remotes that only adjust the volume in increments of two. This one allows me to adjust it in increments of one. Finally, the remote doesn’t feel cheap. It’s not the feel of an OEM, but at this price, it can’t be beat.

My old remote was not working properly because the dog chewed it. Apparently, this is a common scenario. The remote from the TV manufacturer was $30. I researched several cheaper remotes, and chose this one. I took the batteries out of tge old remote, put them in this one, and it worked immediately with no need to pair or program. It's been a couple of weeks, and no problems so far. We don't use the voice option, so I can't give feedback on that aspect, but as far as home button, scrolling through apps, play/pause/fast forward/rewind, and volume controls are working as expected.

Automatically paired to my fire stick and Tv. No programming needed but did come with instructions on how to pair.

Lost my original Fire Stick remote and was dreading the hassle of finding a good replacement. This one showed up quickly and paired in seconds with my Fire Stick and also works great with my Toshiba Fire TV. The voice button is responsive, the volume and power buttons work with my TV (no need for a separate remote), and the buttons feel solid. Battery life has been excellent so far. Looks and feels almost identical to the official one. Really happy with this purchase – saved me a lot of frustration!

I popped in the batteries, followed the on-screen instructions to pair it with my Fire TV Cube, and within a couple of seconds it was up and running. Everything worked right away, including the voice button. Great replacement remote at a fraction of the cost of the original. Definitely worth it if you need a new Fire TV remote.

Yes, it’s doing the job but they keep having to update where I gotta wait for the update. Put the Fire Stick next to the remote next to the Fire Stick but I have to do that like every day sometime twice a day is that a faulty equipment or is that how it goes?

This is a great replacement for a lost or broken fire-stick remote. It might need a few minutes to connect and install the needed software once you fire-stick/tv finds it, but after that everything works just fine!
