Super Easy! I'm already an Amazon member so it was easy to order here. This product can also be ordered on their site, but the entire process was seamless here too. Easy to complete the test and mail back. Results in timeframe promised. Lots of good information on the 5Strands site. I ordered it because I was having many digestive issues after most meals.Super Informative! Personally, I was kind of frozen for 24 hours after I read the results. It was recommended to avoid ALL intolerant foods, ingredients and beverages for six to eight weeks. I was frozen, because the list was about 80% of my current diet! The hardest was giving up coffee, my morning fruit mix and a weekly steak night.. All things on my 'intolerant' list. But! It is Why I did the test in the first place. So after 24 hours I came up with a new menu strategy for each day/ week and it is now three weeks in, and I am feeling So Much Better and my stomach has calmed down tremendously.One of the things I have learned is that variety in your diet is key! What I was eating the most is what my digestive system is currently most intolerant to.The results and report were easy to read. I made a NO list in red and a separate YES list in green and posted them on my refrigerator for reference. My days are best when I focus on the YES list, make a meal plan and a grocery list, and only consult the NO list if I can't remember a specific ingredient. The test is very detailed and most helpful for any recipe or ingredient listed on a product.I highly recommend this test if you have digestive issues that you think are food or beverage related.This isn't an avoidance to see a doctor, nor does it replace a doctor evaluation, but it is very informative and helpful.I am also working with my doctor.

This is the most rediculss test I have ever took it says I’m allergic to every thing I have ate my whole life still eat that causes no problems with all the things it claims I am allergic to I have nothing else to choose from to eat. The one thing I know that I could possibly be allergic to makes my mouth itch and have had a severe anaphylactic reaction to according to this test I’m not allergic to.

I work in public schools & during the summer I work at a brewery. Almost every shift at the brewery my nose would start running & my ears would “clog up”. I took this test for stomach issues & some results some surprised me but a lot didn’t. At 47 you learn the hard way what you can & can’t eat. What I didn’t expect was to see I had an intolerance to hops!!! Now the reaction I have while working at the brewery makes sense!!! On brewing days while I’m working in the tap is when my symptoms are bad. It makes so much sense now!

The test was easy and quick to do, but the results are not very factual. After you mail in your hair sample, they email the results in a few days. My test showed me things im highly sensitive too when in fact, I’m not. Maybe good for others as a guideline, but don’t fully rely on this test.
