The build quality of product is nice, I liked it very much and when I used this product first time, it was game changing and the pain relief I felt like wow. Overall it's a very good product for everyone. You should no I mean you must buy it blindly.

Worst product, edges are very sharp can cut inside ear. Don't buy this product. These are very very cheap product made of tin that is very harmful for ear . I try to replace or return this product after poor quality that is also not possible here
