Subpar product and sub-subpar service
Rating: 1/5 Don’t waste your time or money on this vendor. I bought a basic charging cable, and it was completely Dead on Arrival (DOA). The actual material quality of the wire and the connector is incredibly subpar, flimsy, and feels cheap—but worse than that, it literally does not work. If a company cannot get something as simple and basic as a charging wire right, it tells you everything you need to know about their competence. But the real nightmare starts after you realize it’s broken. To get a replacement for a mere 300-rupee cable, they make you jump through endless, agonizing bureaucratic hoops. First, they make you fill out an online replacement request form with the invoice and details. Then, you reach out to their WhatsApp support and provide all the evidence again. After doing all that, they send another Google Form asking for the exact same evidence and paperwork all over again! How much are you going to make a customer suffer for a 300-rupee item? They are clearly weaponizing endless paperwork just to tire you out so you give up on your refund or replacement. Save yourself the massive headache. Avoid this incompetent vendor at all costs. Highly NOT recommended.

Excellent Product & Outstanding Customer Service!
I am writing this review after a month usage. So far all looks good. It supports 66W realme superdart charging. The product length, quality and durability looks promising. Initially they gave me only 6 months warranty whereas it shows 2 years in Amazon website, hence I reached out their team and surprisingly they addressed it in 3 days and 2 years warranty certificate was given. This kind of service is what we expect and it was so far fulfilled. Will update if anything changes in future.
