I started off with a manual-crank adjustable standing desk from IKEA. It was cheap, it worked, and it helped me prove that i do like a height-adjustable desk. But the manual-crank part of it was more of a chore than i bargained for so I went shopping for an upgrade to an electric. I wanted to keep cost as low as possible while still getting a good looking, reliable, quality desk. This was the one. I am happy with it.It was easy to assemble, the pilot holes are pre-drilled so it was easy to line the frame up correctly.The bamboo top looks good and feels solid, nice. The legs are sturdy and attractive. The electronics and motors work great, and the height range is ample for me. I’ve since added cable management, hangers, and an attached power station to the desk. It also easily supports clamp-on stands that my heavy powered audio monitors sit on, the fairly heavy Apple Pro XDR display, and more, without any signs of flexing. The motors don’t strain under the weight either (my gear is under the desk’s max weight specs).The things i don’t love are:1) the frame under the desk that houses the motors is fairly large and to my surprise i hit my knees on it when i stretch out in certain (ie lounge-y) postures. If I had to do it again I’d probably get a C-shape frame instead of this H-shape.2) the control panel is easy to bump and accidentally activate. You can lock it but that’s annoying when you want to use it. I mounted it where the pilot holes were which makes it flush with the edge of the desk. Looks good and is convenient, but i hate the accidental activation when i bump it. I might move it back an inch so it’s recessed under the desk. Easy fix, not much to complain about.Great desk!

This desk was super easy to assemble — just six steps (you’ll need a second person for a couple of parts). It’s very sturdy, height adjustable, and made with high-quality materials. I also love the color — it looks perfect in my study room.

The product itself is pretty well-constructed and well designed. I'm 6'0" and this desk accommodates my sitting and standing positions very well, and I am able to fit two monitors, a pair of speakers, and various accessories on it with no issues.Since the desk ships in two pieces, at least in my case, the desktop piece was tracked on the amazon orders page, while the desk frame was not explicitly tracked. The customer support team did mention that the desk ships in two pieces and that they will provide tracking numbers once they are shipped, but I never received this tracking number until a day after the desktop was delivered. At this point, they told me the frame was delivered to the building back door two days ago (which I do not pass by on a daily basis). At this point, the package has been rained on, and left outside for two nights. Thankfully, this did not damage the frame or the electronics, but this was somewhat disappointing.

This desk is exactly what I needed for my home office. It’s very sturdy, and the motor is quiet and fast when adjusting the height. The memory buttons make switching between sitting and standing effortless. I also use it for walking while working, and it works perfectly for that. Assembly was easy and straightforward. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase—definitely a great upgrade!

$600 with the coupon that’s added in the cart is a steal for this desk. There’s competition such as secret labs magus pro and Herman miller but those are north of $1100 dollars and do the same exact thing.Installation is the same as the e7 with the only physical difference that I noticed being the bottom of the legs. Watch a video on YouTube on how to install it. The instructions that it comes with are trash. Installation took me probably an hour and half but if you are a handy person, it could easily take you 45 minutes possibly less.I was nervous ordering a wooden desk but It was packaged very well with foam on all the edges and sides. The legs and motors are shipped together while the top is shipped separately. The bamboo top almost feels like there’s a latex or silicone feeling to it. Maybe that’s what bamboo just feels like but I don’t know. Regardless, it feels well made and good to the touch. The metal frame is heavy metal. It doesn’t feel cheap.At 30 inches tall, there’s no wobble. I’ve yet to test it out at the max or anything higher than 30in and I probably wont. I honestly just wanted a sturdy desk that wasn’t made terrible but this one just so happened to be height adjustable. When I was messing around with the height adjustments, it’s not loud at all. My desk is right next to my bed so I could foresee myself lowering the height to eye level and watching something on the monitor.On their website, they have a bunch of other accessories that go with the desk. I may get the under drawer. Comparing it to competitors again, Flexispot accessories are marginally less expensive compared to the competition.I ended up buying adhesive cable clips, magnets, and a metal cable management storage that I put under the desk since there’s no cutouts on the top of the desk for cables. I chose to add magnets to the top of the cable tray I bought separately because I’m constantly getting new hardware so I wanted to be able to change cables without having to unscrew or move the desk away from the wall as a traditional cable management tray is.In summary, there’s desk without the height feature at this size that cost more or the same. For the price, it offers considerable value and advantages over a normal desk. I can’t see spending $1000+ on a desk from competitors and another $200 in accessories. For the quality and price, I’m very happy with my purchase.
