This is a great health oriented tea, great for high blood pressure regulation, controlling blood sugar, staying cool in the summer heat, all around great old world remedy towards good health and well being.

The tea itself tasted ok, if a bit harsher than some other turmeric teas. The biggest drawback was that the tea bags kept falling apart while they were brewing and suddenly I have high fiber herbal tea. Kinda yucky. As a secondary consideration, I drink this to help with the arthritis pain in my thumbs, and it doesn't work as well as some others, e.g. Organic India tulsi turmeric, or Trader Joe's Turmeric ginger. As an aside, I am trying to give this 3 stars, but the website won't let me, the only choices available are 4 and 5 stars. Stinks to high heavens, imho.
