This is a good tea, great mild taste and stimulating as well. I am just recovering from an upper respiratory infection and this hot tea help a lot in my recovery. I am going to keep me a supply on hand from now on.

I bought this for medicinal purposes and so far haven’t noticed an improvement in my joint mobility or stomach issues. But it’s a delightful flavor and strong enough that I don’t need to use two tea bags. Perfect with a little honey and a squeeze of lemon.

About the tea: It has three ingredients that are good for your health. It was sealed properly, was good value for money and had no caffeine, which I prefer. The delivery: It was delivered on time. However, the photo taken by the delivery person in no way gave me any clue as to where to find the package in the mail room.

All good but taste is a bit bitter. Don’t like to add things but a bit of honey may be good.
