Great pool water test strips
Test strips work very well. You just dip one in the pool for a couple of seconds, pull it out and compare the results to a chart on the back of the bottle that the strips come in. The chart shows you what is needed to be adjusted in your pool water.

Lots of parameters
Specifically I was looking for testing for lead, iron, and managenese as all were supposedly present at unacceptable levels in our water. Thankfully reading null on all even before zero water filter.

Empty bottle
Bought at the end of last season and just opened it today. Bottle was sealed but completely empty. Not a single test strip in the bottle. Just set up my hot tub and I can’t test the water.

Umm I don’t know!!
According to the strips, I cannot get my pool balanced correctly. I tried several times, always no PH reading and the free chlorine lower than total.It was then I used a strip from last season, and the reading was perfectly balanced. So again, I used this strip, and got the same unbalanced reading.Could something be wrong with these strips?
