It is a perfect light weight handy item to have by our pond. Throw rope also included is a great bonus.

Worked great as a prop for our cruise themed dinner. It will work great in the pool this summer too.

As advertised. The ring was a little smaller than I wanted, but it was exactly what they said it would be.

We bought this to put on our dock at our lake as a safety precaution. It's made of very light Styrofoam with a thin cloth cover. It is very lightweight, so you can't throw it very far if needed for rescue. In a pool it should work fine, but for the ocean or lake, where you would need to throw it a farther distance (especially if it's windy), it's not going to work well.The rope is good quality.I don't think it's worth the price.We'll keep it for now, but will look for a better quality one in the future.
