Not easy to use
I must be doing something wrong cannot get tread to go through and cannot get treaded in the needle. Must be me. Not as good as I was hoping.

Great idea but not perfect
The automatic threader on my sewing machine no longer works and I am wasting so much money buying needle threaders because the opening gets squooshed and I can barely get the thread in place. So this looked like my solution. The thread needs to go into the machine needle from front to back but that means the fish needs to go in from the back. But that's an impossibility because there isn't enough space for the fish to fit that way. I tried going from the front but the thread ends up looping around the needle and becomes a tangled mess. This does work for threading a regular needle. But honestly, it's easier to use an ordinary needle threader. Now I have enough fish threaders to last the rest of my life

Fish threaders
I think this is a very fun take on the traditional needle threaders. I always have a problem with the wire on those eventually giving out so I wanted to give these a try. These work great for hand sewing needles no issues there and it solves trying to sit and jam the thread through the eye for a few minutes. As for my machine, this works okay, it's a little bit of a pain to use, but still saves time from me sitting there trying to force the thread through myself. They're pretty neat and super tiny. I'll be handing a few of these little fish out because I don't think I'll ever need that many in my life time.

Threading a needle just became so much easier
These little fish are not big, but they do a big job. They are plastic and have a tiny metal hook that allows you to pull the thread through the eye of the needle. I can even use this on my sewing machine; they are not just for hand sewing. I can thread my serger with these. With 60 coming in a pack, I have them at each sewing machine, so I do not have to look for them. I have pin magnets on every machine and a few on each one. They are small enough to fit in a sewing pouch if you are traveling and will be doing hand sewing. Sometimes, when you move, it isn't easy to thread a needle, so you just put the needle on the hook, and it stays in place. You thread around the hook, pull the needle off the hook, and your needle is threaded.
