I got these because my health conditions cause me to feel like I am wearing a weighted suit that drains my energy and I have lots of pain. These leave my feet feeling so refreshed in the morning when you take the pad off. It has definitely helped with my energy and no more weighted suit feeling which has been wonderful! I am still having lots of pain but I truly believe these work and all people are different so maybe they will help with pain for others. They are easy to use and it is amazing how gross they look after removal. It really makes me feel like they have removed some toxins from my body that cause negative health effects which I love and I will keep using them. They don’t smell and the sticky to attach them is perfect.

Seems to have helped with some of the issues I was having with my feet. I can feel my toes again, which is pretty amazing. I think the waking up to the pads being black is NOT an indicator of the product working though. It's just a reaction to the contents of the pads themselves. My only negative comment, the pads are VERY sticky. It's hard to get the adhesive off in the morning. Overall I'm pleased with the product for the cost.

Very easy to use and once they are on, you cannot tell at all.I have only used once so far and nothing has happened. I expected to see something exit my body but still looks white when removed.A bit of the sticky stuck to my feet and is hard to get off.I will continue to use to hope for more results!

I decided to try this brand because of the price and the reviews. I apply the Zen foot pads at nights before going to sleep. The foot pads are easy to apply to your foot per the directions on the package. The adhesive stays on all night since I wear socks during use. When apply pads to my feet I can feel it working with the circulation in my legs. Upon removal, the pads are black from the toxins. The only question is how do you know all the toxins are removed from your body. I have used all the foot pads and are still black. Does the color of the foot pad changes after so many applications? By the 5th day I felt less stress and better quality of sleep. Will buy again.
