These gave me good energy but I did get the "stomach lurch" that always makes me question if I should keep taking them. I always take them with food and the lurch comes on at about the 45 minute mark. Never get too nauseous, but I prefer not get any discomfort (the BEST is Spectro's Energy formula!).

I had been taking this multi vitamin for over 3 months now, honestly, I haven't noticed any changes in vitality, energy or other improvements that supposedly provide. I guess it will have different effects in different persons. The vitamins for the price are a good buy so if they work for you, great.

great vitamins, I feel much better with them even with my sedentary and stressful job. I'm buying for the second time but I feel like I'll buy more. I bought 60 capsules when 90 were the same price. but that's purely my mistake, so be careful
