I’ve been using these for a few months and am very happy. I load 40 to 80lbs with 10 lbs and 5 lbs plates. The collars stay tight. They might be a little long but they work great.

I needed a second set of dumbbell handles for shoulder muscles. It's one of the more difficult muscles for me to build. It lacks rubber so heavier weights are hard on the fingers and palms. I don't recommend it for other workouts such as biceps unless you already have very calloused hands. But for lighter weights it works.

Worth it
Holds up great! Worth the few extra dollars for the rubber grips. The ones without grips are great for the price but the grips are much more comfortable. And great to have multiple pairs for quick drop sets

Great Item just what I needed to add weight to my press and other lifts. Had 4 10 pound weights in each side and probably could add one more ten pound plate on each side and maybe a 5. The Handle is great as well. Love this item.
