Although I use a CAT or SWAT-T as my primary blood stop in a blowout kit, these are worth adding to every bag. With a very small size and weight, they can be used to extend the number of injuries you can treat or used to help hold a dressing in place until help arrives. I first bought the ones in a continuous roll with perforations, but I really like these better. They come individually rolled and wrapped making life so much easier.
