It's been a long time since I've purchased real down in a comforter, but I have to admit, this Martha comforter is well worth it! It fluffs up immediately into a substantial height, plenty of loft. I bought the all seasons comforter. So far, I haven't seen any shifting or shedding. It washed up beautifully & did not take forever to dry in the dryer. Good amount of fill, nice quality, not too heavy. It holds its shape inside of our cotton duvet cover. Best for cool weather use. The casing does make a slight crackle noise, but I happen to like that in a comforter.

It’s lightweight but still cozy, with just the right amount of warmth without feeling heavy or suffocating. The 100% cotton cover is soft and breathable, which is important for us since my husband overheats easily, and this has kept both of us comfortable through the night.One thing to note — it does have that classic down comforter sound when you move it around, a slight rustling that some people might not like, but personally I love it. It reminds me of hotel bedding and adds to the cozy, relaxed vibe of the room.It fits perfectly inside our duvet cover with no issues, and fluffs up nicely after a quick shake. I also tossed it in the dryer on air fluff for about 20 minutes when it first arrived, and that really did the trick to give it some extra loft. Overall, it’s soft, breathable, and feels like a little luxury at home. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a light, comfy, hotel-style comforter.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I ordered this to replace a previous down comforter. I did a lot of research on down comforters and decided to purchase this one. It comes vacuumed sealed in a box. I put it in the dryer for 30 mins on medium heat to fluff it up. I also added a bunch of dryer sheets to give it a good smell. After the 30 mins of drying it, it came out very fluffy, soft, and a good fit. I have a low profile queen bed frame with a 12 inch mattress. I think it looks good. The material is soft and supple. Seems to be of excellent quality! I hope it will last years on end! Highly recommend!!!

This duvet insert has been fantastic! It’s the perfect weight for year-round use—warm enough for winter, yet light enough to use comfortably during the summer. I’ve had it for about a year and a half now, and it’s held up beautifully with very minimal shedding and no loss of fluff. For the price, I’m really impressed with the quality, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again if I ever need a replacement, though it’s holding up so well I don’t see that happening anytime soon. I also love the convenient snaps around the edges, which make changing out duvet covers for different looks super easy. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase!

It is super fluffy. It says dry clean on the tag which is a bummer but what can you do. I've put it in the dryer a couple times to get dog hair off of it and to lift the fluff more. It fit my King just perfect. It's not a thick duvet, thank goodness. I did not want anything thick since we were coming into Spring.

Considering this is the lightest weight of the Martha Stewart options, it’s still surprisingly warm. Too warm in my opinion, I don’t think I’m going to be able to use it during the summer. It does crinkle a little but that doesn’t bother me.

This comforter is AMAZING. Very full as far as the down, crisp and soft cotton fabric . the regular weight is still very heavy which we love and you still have that cotton / down amazing feel and sound. Will replace others rooms w this too! So thrilled w this purchase - quality and price incredible!
