good, I think.thought Enzymedica's Digest Spectrum might be better but actually, taking three of these little capsules, along with Enzymedica's Lypo Gold & Dr. Mercola's Organic Digestive Bitters... I have no problems!!so -- seems like a good product.

Pay a premium for the product, and especially from a doctor. It's not a complete profile of enzymes and it's missing the most important enzyme.

Love Mercola and his products. This is so healing my acid reflux along with his probiotic and a mostly gluten-free diet. I’ve tried other brands that didn’t help.
