Worked as Expected
My daughter decided she wanted to re pierce her nose so we chose disposable piercing kit to do so and it was very easy to use! Simply slide the portion without the 'earning' into the nose, after marking where you want the ring to be, and squeeze. The plastic piercer will dismantle into two pieces, but the nose will be pierced and the ring in place. We chose this one specifically because it did come with a few different options of nose rings where as others only had one ring option. Would choose this one again if the need to pierce a nose comes up again, and would also recommend to others.

Prep is key
I have used several piercing kits without issue. This particular kit does require more pressure from the user to get the 'snap' of the pressure of the piercing part. I had no issues using this kit at all. I have pierced multiple people with these kits and have had absolutely no issues. This is not the same experience as getting a 'professional' nose piercing as it does not use a hollow needle and a delivery tube, but we have had the same results with actually LESS trauma to the nose. The clients I have used these on have had NO swelling at all and an increased healing time verses using the hollow 'professional' needle. It is a lot easier to use on someone else than it is yourself.I would recommend if you are going to use this, getting someone else to actually do the piercing as they can apply the correct amount of pressure needed to smoothly get the piercing (and will have no 'pause' as they can't feel the sting). I most recently used this on a 35 year old male with thicker skin and I had no issue applying the needed pressure to go right through. The whole piercing part took less than 2 seconds.I will continue to use these as they are easy, convenient, sterile, and cause less trauma for my clients. I love them and think they are fantastic, you just have to be prepared and know how to use them.

Nose piercing kit
I've used several kits just like this to Pierce several things on my body- tragus on both sides, 6 holes in my ears us 2 in the top cartridge, both sides of my nose several times, etc so im.well versed on how these work. The kits are just like any other, you have to use a bit of pressure and sometimes having someone else do the actual snap works better. The downside of this kit is that the back of the nose rings are pretty blunt instead of being pointier to make the entry less painful. It only hurts for a split second and then only feels like a hard pinch if you get it in the right spot.

Works as advertised and comes with assortment of jewelry
The kit came with 2 piercing units but they said "ear piercing kit" not nose piercing so I was a little weary if they'd work on the nose. It came with 7 extra nose rings of different styles also as well as alcohol wipes. Each kit had a preloaded piercing stud, 1 with a black jewel tip and 1 with a clear jewel tip.I've used kits just like this for my ears so I was familiar with the process. I read previous reviews which said you need to apply more pressure and you do. You need to apply more pressure than when piercing your ear lobes, but nothing crazy.I was a little hesitant at 1st, so I iced my nostril and then pierced it. I did use more pressure than I would have had I not read the previous reviews and I'm glad I did. It is a little harder to pierce than an ear lobe. It worked on the 1st try and only hurt a tiny bit for 1 second. The piercing stud is long and has no back so if you're not careful when you blow your nose, you can accidentally poke the inside of your nostril.I have not changed the piercing stud our yet but once it heals I will.Overall I think this is a good kit:Easy to usewith a nice array of nose rings and studs for future use
