This product is good for many things, one is it seems to help me lose weight by having a thermogenic effect. I have lost many lbs. of fat with this product. I do seem to stay hot much more than normally and perspire more. this product will help you get cut. I had to take a break after several weeks because I was losing to much. Supposed to help you stay lean and muscular.

As I get older, I am trying to take more supplements to keep me healthy; put nutrients back into my body that I may loose and add things to help with health issues I've developed. I am someone who doesn't like taking medications of any kind so I prefer to take natural/herbal paths when possible. I've had issues with arthritis for a while now and I am hesitant to go on prescribed medication for it (that's a last resort). I found these supplements and decided to give them a try for a month and compare how I felt at the end of the month to before. When the capsules arrived, the amount of capsules filled the bottle halfway. The capsules had a very dusty feeling to them which I later learned was because there was a broken capsule toward the bottom of the bottle. This can happen in shipping, I imagine. These don't leave a bitter aftertaste, or even taste like much of anything at all, the way some supplements do and were easy to swallow. After a few days of taking the supplement, my left hand started feeling a little better. My fingers didn't feel as stiff and the joints didn't feel as swollen as usual. Other places where I have major issues such as my right hand, knees, and feet didn't seem to have the same good luck. I'm not sure this is the right supplement for me but I am glad I gave it a try.
