My review is after 2 years since i get this and i just can say it still works perfectly! Fully recommend

I purchased this product in May and used it weekly. I unplug the steamer at the end of the day. Starting my work day today February 5th and the unit is no longer heating. I cleaned it once a couple weeks ago and I had no issues. Now it’s just a timer because the unit doesn’t even get warm. I think the reason it’s no longer heating is the “heating coil” or “heating mechanism” is literally burned out. There is a hole at the bottom of my unit. What a safety hazard!!! Electrical fires anyone?!
