OMG this product is a life saver. I have hard water plus I get my hair bleached and dyed blue. This past time my hair was bleached it left it a knotted, terrible, dry, tangled mess. It was like straw and just breaking off and falling off from me staring at it in the mirror, didnt even have to touch it for breakage, there was zero elasticity in my hair left. I went home and immediately panicked and did a coconut oil mask on my hair overnight. It helped some but I needed something and FAST before I lost anymore hair. Thanks to this product, my hair is silky perfection like it originally was. I will continue to use it!

Terrible product!!! Do not waste your money. I have bleached hair, it is not particularly damaged or dry as it was only a single process and I take very good care of it. My hair has never felt as dry as after this mask!!! I was horrified!!! I’ve never had my hair be so tangled and dry in my life!! It even dried out my hands!!! Plus the scent is overpowering and very chemical smelling.

This is my first time ever purchasing this product, so I'm not sure if it comes with any prepackaging. This one came without any prepackaging or seal, but the product feels thick and legit. I think it's helping my hair, but who knows lol. I like it and will keep using it because of the feel of the product. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is mine looked different (see photo) and I like to know exactly what I'm buying beforehand... as in how it looks. This helps reassure the authenticity of a product.

I don’t believe this is the real product. It’s the same container but had none of the seals that were present on the one I purchased from my salon. There were also scratches on the container which made it look previously used. The smell was also different, not bad but not the same salon fresh scent of the original. I did try the one I purchased a few times now and it’s okay but not any better than a daily conditioner. This gives the product a bad name because it’s nothing like the sealed one I purchased from the salon and not even close to the same quality. I purposely bought this before mine ran out so I could try to compare the two after reading some negative reviews.

🌟This hair product is miracle hair repair in a bottle! My kids purple and teal hair was getting so damaged from going to the beach and going to water parks, all the chlorine, being out in the sun all summer so I needed to find a product that would put the keratin back into their hair ASAP and bring it back to its healthy, shiny, bounce! After the first use (applying it to their hair after I shampooed their hair, rinsed the shampoo out, then applied this all over their hair and leaving it in for 30 minutes with a hair cap on), their hair felt 10 times better already! It was less frizzy, it was definitely softer but not back to its original state yet, and it was easier to style and manipulate. I left their hair alone for 3 days and then did another treatment with this keratin conditioner after I shampooed their hair, again left it in for 30 minutes and then washed it out with lukewarm/cold water and it was SILKY SOFT! I mean it was as soft as a baby's bottom! Their curls had their bounce back, it wasn't frizzy at all, and it was so soft and easy to braid and style! Plus it smells AMAZING! This product is an absolute MUST! Especially if you've been looking for a good keratin hair product, this is the one for you! Highly recommend!🌟

Please do not buy this product unless you want your hair to look and feel like straw! After using it, I noticed that my hair was drier, more brittle, and was very "tangly." I had a hard time brushing it through to the ends, not to mention my blonde looked very brassy. After a few weeks of using this, I decided to try some different conditioners. After using Pureology Nanoworks Gold conditioner for 1 day I can tell a night and day difference. I can brush my hair again, run my fingers through it, and it looks healthy and shiny. I would NEVER recommend this to anyone.

Una vez abrí la caja noté que la mascarilla no venía en paquete como el shampoo y que el sello de seguiridsd estaba roto. Y no puedo hacer el regreso porque me toca pagar el envío y llevarlo a un centro de distribución.... absurdo

After just one use, my hair has life again, soft and shiny and manageable. I generally dread brushing out my hair after washing it but this conditioner/bonding mask seems to make it less of a chore. In addition to using it after shampooing, I put a dab of the product into the palms of my hands and gently smoothed over my hair before brushing. Love this brand, never disappointed.

I buy this conditioning mask monthly and use it about twice a week, my hair is thick with lots of blonde highlights. This product works wonders leaving my hair super soft, reduces spilt ends and gradually stronger. Would recommend.

Brilliant product! After a hairdresser gritted my hair this conditioning mask is helping repair it beautifully! Yes it's expensive but oh so worth it! I love this mask.

Ordered this as it goes with the dye used on my hair. Biggest mistake ever! I've never had issues with dye significantly damaging my hair before but my hair is now in such bad condition after using this and the shampoo that goes with it. I don't think I've ever written a review before but this has damaged my hair so badly, making me feel self-conscious, so I just feel that I have to share my experience.

Always works a treat on my bleached blonde otherwise straw like hair. Excellent product. Have re-ordered it many times.

I love this stuff. I no longer have a 10 minute battle with the brush. People always comment on my hair when I've used this, it's a game changer! Since using it my hair is so much healthier and has a shine again. Definitely worth the money!

This is ok but not really a conditioner. It just sort out disappears and doesn't give you that silky feeling when you rinse. It is a cleansing conditioner so maybe it's meant to be like that but I'm not overly keen.

I'm very confuse. The cream making a lot foam similar to shampoo and my hair was very dry after used. I've used 3 times and I'm not sure if I going to use any more. Delivery was ok.

Disappointed... Have been using religiously the conditioner and also the mask. Sadly, haven’t noticed any improvement on my hair (have had cool blond hair done and keratine straightening 8 months ago). I find it difficult to brush my hair through with my fingers after washing.

Love this range - keeps my bleach blonde hair under control. Because of it being sulfate free, it doesn't work up into a lather. So as long as you don't mind this process, it's great!!

Love this! My hair was incredibly bleach damaged but this is really helping to repair it inbetween hair masks and treatments.
