Both the day and night packets contain Pelargonium sidoides 1X to Shorten the duration and reduce the severity of upper respiratory symptoms. The night packets contain the additional ingredients Chamomilla recutita 2X, Humulus lupulus 1X, and Passiflora incarnata 1X to help with restful sleep††.

All of Nature’s Way’s products comply with California Proposition 65 (Prop 65). Prop 65, the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, is a rule which states that any product containing specific ingredients associated with cancer or birth defects in amounts greater than specified by the state must have a warning label if sold in California. Our products are tested for lead to ensure they meet Prop 65 standards and should not have this warning associated with them.
